Safety/ Appointment Timing/ & Travel services

  • I am mostly homebased, & for safety reasons no additional people are allowed during your services.

  • Every client is different, the times listed for services are not approximate. Please factor in extra time in your schedule when choosing services. I take pride in my work, & want to give quality work to all my clients. I WILL NOT rush.

  • A $20 late fee will apply if 15-20 minutes late to your appointment. Appointment will be cancelled if more than 20 minutes late. Which you would need to book another appointment with a new deposit.

  • If you want the luxury of travel services, there will be a $50 travel fee added to the total balance.

Squeeze~in/ emergency appointments

  • Sunday appointments are considered, squeeze in /last minute appointments, which must be coordinated with Amber directly/or using the request form.

  • Squeeze in/last minute appointments will incur a $50 additional charge.

Hair coloring

  • Requires a 30-minute consultation before a coloring service is performed. Consult must be performed 24-48 hours prior to service if receiving any color service other than a semi-permanent color.

  • Weave coloring & knot bleaching (wigs) must be completed at least 72 hours before the actual service appointment.

Hair policy

  • Hair is provided for knotted ponytail, & all braiding services, in the following color options: 1, 1B, 2, 4, 30, 33, 27, 613, any pre~blends of these colors, &exotic colors (blue, purple, pink, red, etc.)

  • Color selection is made upon checkout. Colors outside of these options MUST be indicated in the booking notes section, to ensure that the proper color is provided.

  • Custom color blends (colors I have to blend & create) will incur an additional $20 upcharge and must be indicated in booking notes as service requires additional time.

  • Client provides hair for all weaving services and weave ponytails. If client prefers me to purchase their hair, money for the hair HAS to be sent 48 hours or more prior to scheduled appointment.

  • If client orders hair from our partnered vendor, they will receive 15% off their service.

Payment policy

  • Deposits are required for all appointments.

  • The balance is due at the time of service. Those payments will be made only by one of the following. Please plan accordingly.

Cancellation/rescheduling policy

  • Cancellations or rescheduling made in less than 48 hours, of time & date of scheduled appointment, deposit will be forfeited. To book another appointment, another deposit will need to be submitted.

  • Cancellations that are made more than 48 hours before, time & date of scheduled appointment, can receive a refund of their deposit.

  • Rescheduled appointments made more than 48 hours before, time & date of scheduled appointment, can have the deposit applied to the rescheduled date or receive a refund of deposit.

Children’s styles:

  • Beads and hair decor are provided unless parent gives specific instructions or provides specific bead color/decor.
